MyChart: Your Secure Online Health Connection
As a Northwest Regional Heart & Vascular patient, you can quickly and easily access your personal health records anywhere you have Internet access.
With MyChart, our online patient portal, you have personalized and secure access to portions of your medical records to help you manage and receive information about your health. You can:
- View test results: No more waiting for a letter or phone call! You can see your lab and imaging test results and doctors’ comments within days.
- Request prescription refills: If you use an OHSU pharmacy, you can send a refill request for any of your refillable prescriptions anytime. (For other pharmacies, ask the pharmacy to call for a refill at least four days before needed.)
- Communicate with your doctor: Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.

How to enroll in MyChart
It’s simple. The next time you visit your Northwest Regional Heart & Vascular physician, just ask the front desk staff about enrolling in MyChart. We’ll give you a personal activation code.
Then go to MyChart, click SIGN UP NOW on the right and follow the prompts to enroll. That’s it!
