Raman Kansal, MD
After earning his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Texas in 1999, Dr. Raman Kansal spent a transitional year focusing on internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He went on to complete a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Texas Medical Branch and a fellowship in cerebral angiography and intervention at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center in Oregon. He also completed a Master of Business Administration degree in 2016.
Dr. Kansal is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in vascular and interventional radiology. He also has a Certificate of Added Qualification in interventional radiology and is part of the Society of Interventional Radiology.
All facets of interventional and diagnostic radiology are Dr. Raman Kansal’s specialties. His interests also include teaching, clinic management and teleradiology.
Born in Texas, Dr. Kansal has lived overseas and traveled extensive. He also speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Spanish. He enjoys calling the Pacific Northwest home. In his free time, Dr. Kansal enjoys a variety of interests, from artistic pursuits like painting and bass guitar to sports like soccer and ice hockey.
