Mark Hart, MD, FACC
Dr. Mark Hart is a board certified cardiologist who specializes in diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular disease. He completed medical school at Oregon Health and Science University, residency at University of California, San Francisco and a fellowship at OHSU.
Dr. Hart worked as a paramedic firefighter before going to college. This influenced his decision to pursue a career in medicine. The challenge and variety of cardiology drew him to the specialty. Dr. Hart says his favorite part of cardiology is developing long term relationships with patients and helping them improve the length and quality of their lives over time.
In his spare time Dr. Hart loves working with horses. His equestrian interests led him to serve as a physician for the US Olympic team.
